From Feb. 6 to Feb. 9, our elementary Grizzly Cubs came and ate lunch with their older pals. Tuesday, the cubs from Cathcart came, Wednesday was Seattle Hill, Thursday were the kiddos from Totem Falls, and Friday was our little neighbors from across the street at Little Cedars.

Ana Black has a cub from Cathcart who got to spend some time here.

“It was fun having her here and for her to see what a little bit of high school was like. Unfortunately, she had to sit through my math class which I’m sure was boring for her. Overall it was fun,” Black said.

Sophomore, Elijah Palmaffy, has a cub from Seattle Hill that visited on Wednesday.

“It was kind of awkward because people kept asking why I had a little kid with me. Overall it was a fun experience,” Palmaffy said.

Grace Arnold has a Grizzly Cub from Totem Falls who came on Thursday.

“It was so much fun to have my grizzly cub at lunch. She got to see what it was like to eat lunch in a high school and compare it to lunch at her school. I also thought it was cool that they got to come to one of our classes with us and see what high school classes were like,” Arnold said.

Mitchell Pladsen’s grizzly cub came on Friday from Little Cedars.

“It was so much fun. I was super pumped he came. He’s an awesome dude,” Pladsen said.
