- Eagle Falls
Get ready for a day trip because trust me it’s hard to spend less than six hours at Eagle Falls if you’re with friends. At this popular swimming hole people go swimming, and cliff jumping all day long. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and see how high you’ll jump off. Eagle Falls is located at the South Fork of the Skykomish River.
- Mukilteo Beach
Now, its no secret Mukilteo has gorgeous views. Although if you get together with some friends and start a bonfire at sunset and roast some marshmallows it’s the perfect way to end a long summer day.
- Money Creek
Right when you enter Skykomish there is a bunch of little camping grounds but Money Creek is easily one of the best. While there you get to pitch a tent right by the Skykomish River and cool off in the waters. So gather the gang and go for a weekend Camping trip.
- Leavenworth
Not just the town of Leavenworth, I’m talking rafting on the river. Further up highway 2 the Skykomish River gets some crazy rapids and hitting them gives you such a thrill. Although, the real fun is trying to stay in the raft.
- Columbia Tower
Go to the top floor of the Columbia Tower on a super clear sunny day for some of the best views of Seattle.
- WhatsSup Stand Up Paddle and Kayak
WhatsSup is right at the Bothell landing, on a sunny day you HAVE to hit them up for some fun kayaking or paddle boarding for super cheep.
- Snohomish Farmers market
From May through September on Thursdays from 3-7pm in downtown Snohomish at their local farmers market you can find anything from aspiring photographers selling their photos to farmers selling fresh produce.
- Wallace Falls
If you’ve already done the more popular hikes like Lake 22, or Raddle snake Ridge hit up Wallace Falls in Gold Bar. On the hike you get breath taking views of gorgeous waterfalls and the views only get better the further you go.
- Gas Works park
This not so secret spot is always just a must hit spot because of it’s incredible view of downtown Seattle’s skyline. Also the sun hits the hills there almost all day so it isn’t a bad spot to sit down for a picnic with the pals.
- Deception Pass
From this gorgeous bridge you get spectacular views of the Ocean and near by islands. It’s a perfect picture opportunity with a gorgeous background
