All details, including when and where the songs were played/performed, are all directly from Night two of the tour in Seattle.
Tyler, The Creator, performed his second of two shows in Seattle out of 64 dates on his nearly sold-out worldwide tour, Chromakopia. The concert was opened by hip-hop band Paris, Texas, who played songs such as “Lana Del Rey”, “Tantrum”, and “Force of Habit”. Then, other supporting artist/opener Lil Yachty played many fan favorites such as “Drive ME Crazy!”, “Broccoli”, “One Night”, “Pardon Me”, and “Flex Up”. Even though some of the songs were just intros and not full songs, he had conversations with the crowd, and everyone stayed engaged for the entirety of the 45 minutes he was on stage.
Tyler, The Creator opened the show off strong by playing the opening track of Chromakopia, “St. Chroma” on the main stage, while on the main stage he also performed hits from the Chromakopia album, “Rah Tah Tah”, “Noid”, “I Killed You”, “Judge Judy”, and “Darling, I”. While he finished performing on the main stage, the audience could see a catwalk slowly lowering towards the stage. He then made his way across the catwalk, performing the songs “Sticky” and “Take Your Mask Off” while sporadically throwing real dollar bills to the fans under the catwalk in the pit. Before starting his performance on the B Stage/smaller stage, he made a quick outfit change that was themed like his previous albums before Chromakopia.
On the B stage, Tyler, The Creator chose records individually and pretended to play them, which caused the audience suspense in which one he would choose to play next. The stage was set up like a living room, with a turntable, a receiver, speakers, a couch, and a television. He performed songs from his older albums, such as Igor, Flower Boy, Wolf, Call Me If You Get Lost, Goblin, and Cherry Bomb.
After finishing up on the B stage, the catwalk was lowered again, and he slowly made his way back across to the main stage while playing “WUSYANAME” from the Call Me If You Get Lost album and “Who dat boy” from Flower Boy.
To close off the night on the main stage, he performed “See You Again” and “NEW MAGIC WAND” with different introductions than normal, and “Thought I Was Dead”, “Balloon,” and what seemed to be one of the crowd’s favorites, “Like Him”. For his final song of the second and last night in Seattle, he finished off with “I Hope You Find Your Way Home” from the Chromakopia album while the front of the stage lowered down, and he made his exit.
Overall, this was an amazing show/performance with many detailed and strong graphics on the screen and stage designs. However, a majority of the songs performed by Tyler, The Creator were simply just the songs being played through the speakers and Tyler, The Creator just simply dancing to the songs instead of singing/rapping them.
