“Something that I am very passionate about is football. At first, I thought football was just a game until I experienced it firsthand, football to me was a source of fun, discipline, and personal growth. The energy after my team scores is exhilarating and thrilling, camaraderie of playing with teammates, and all of the lessons that I have learned when playing football has shaped me for the best. Football has taught me the importance of hard work, perseverance, teamwork and having fun. Football has instilled a strong work ethic and the ability to persevere even if we are winning or losing. This passion has not only enriched my life but also opened doors to new opportunities, such as friendships that turn to brotherhood and chances of scholarships happening.
