“My cousin’s a big football inspiration for me because when I was about five years old—that was one of the first times I saw Grayson play in a football game—at the very end of the game he got down on one knee and thanked God for allowing him to be there to play in the game. From that moment on, I wanted to play football and glorify God through it. Playing football through G.P. has been a great blessing for me; it’s how I’ve made my closest friends. I’m just so thankful for all the experiences and memories I’ve gotten from it. Teammates also just make it so much better because during team bonding you really get to know everyone. Team bonding also helped me adjust to G.P. because I was a transfer from Jackson and it helped put me into a great friend group as well as forming some of my closest friends today,” Sim said.
