I’m looking forward to getting my surgery over. It’s on July 10. I blew up my knee playing dodgeball in P.E. and then again during track. I’m kind of glad the surgery happens now because at least it will be over and I won’t have to deal with it again. It’s been hard because I missed a couple days of school and also trying to deal with the pain, but it’s gotten better. It’s more of a psychological thing though, like getting ready for surgery and being stressed about that as well and having to deal with finals at the same time. So it’s more of a mental thing I would say. I’ve been keeping my mind off it and doing schoolwork, and the pain’s gotten a lot better. So, it’s not too bad. I mean, I’ve come to terms. The surgery’s not really going to be that bad, I’ve had a lot of people in my family that have gotten this and they said it’s fine.
