“I think music is a really good tool, since everything has a specific frequency and vibration and we are made of 60% water, we naturally vibrate at a specific frequency. I just think its cool how music can take a big toll on our vibrations and our mood in general. Like it can be used as a really good tool to solve stress and anxiety when you know to listen to specifics songs that have higher vibrations or positive words. There is already so much in our daily lives that make us like anxious or small stuff that stress us out and I fell like its not talked about enough that with little things like the music you choose to listen to and how it can affect your well being. Everything is like a reflection of your own state of being. And I think music is a really great example of that”
