There are no shortages of concerts this year with many popular artists stopping by Washington to share their music with excited fans.
Uniting to cheer their favorite artists on, fans have blasts at concerts all for different reasons. From the lyrics down to the beat of the song, from loud rock to quiet piano, people find their place in all different kinds of concerts. “I love concerts because I get to listen to the music I like most, but it’s a better feeling when it’s live. I would love to see Macklemore again or a Bruno Mars concert,” Gabby Louthan said.
The south is coming north with numerous country artists coming up near Seattle. To name a few, Chris Stapelton, Tim Mcgraw, Blake Shelton, and more are performing within Washington. “I’m going to Tate Mcrae, Zach Bryan, Parker McCollum. I really love country music so I’m going to Parker McCollum and Zach Bryan because they are some of my favorite country artists and I’m going to Tate McRae with one of my friends,” Brooklyn Schultz said.
Nicki Minaj is performing on March 10 at Climate Pledge Arena for her Pink Friday 2 World Tour but there are also indie singers touring. “I’m seeing Jake Scott and Daniel Seavy. They are fun and exciting, and I really like their music. I’m going with my family and my sister’s fiancé’s family, so we are probably going to all wear Jake Scott merch,” Mia Corsaro said.
With the success of her sophomore album Guts, Olivia Rodrigo is also coming to Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle on Aug. 6 and 7 to sing her new album live. The openers at her concert being The Breeders, Chappell Roan, Pink Pantheress, and Remi Wolf. spirits will be high in the arena with it fitting up to 17,200 people in and her signature color purple being shown everywhere.
